What is your shipping policy and return policy?
We don't accept returns. For exchanges due to damage, please email us right away at kuusteel@gmail.com for an exchange authorization in the event you received a damaged item. Items are shipped via USPS first class mail. Thank you.

I'm not sure about the ring size
Please be sure to get properly sized as our rings are final sale. Our ring size follows the international Organization for Standardization. You can find a ring size chart on wikipedia. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ring_size We recommend the following sizing method to ensure a proper fit since this ring is a final sale. (1) try on various sizes of a 6mm wide ring (or other width depending on the ring width you’re interested to order). (2) select the ring that fits most comfortably and place it on a ring mandrel that follows ISO standards (3) take the measurement at the "bottom" of the ring

Do you have a physical retail store?
Our store presence is online only. We live in a lovely home with scenic view in Orange County, California. We dedicate a zone in our home for all behind-the-store activities including production, warehouse, and admin. We do all transaction via mail. We do not have a license to open our home for business.

Do you accept customization?
We could customize sterling silver and gold jewelry. Please send your inquiries to KuuSteel@gmail.com. We don't customize stainless steel jewelry.

Can you include special message like a birthday message in the order?
We gladly include special message e.g. birthday note or congratulations note, etc in your order. Please feel free to let us know. Anyway, there might be some occasions that we are not in the city and use external shipping service. In this unusual case, we might not be able to fulfill this special request from you.
